Do you know your property manager?

Your investment is important to you, so it’s important to find a property manager who is protecting your investment and maximising the return to you.  

How do you know your property manager is best serving your interest? They should be proactively involved in your property; from achieving market rent and minimising vacancy time, to managing the tenant relationship including minimising risk with tenant selection.  Your property manager should be able to manage the maintenance of the property cost effectively, but also advise when improvements should be made to increase your return. 

There is so much more to property management than collecting rent, and a good relationship will ensure you can trust their recommendations. If you take the time to build a strong relationship they will manage your investment well and take any stress out of your investment.
